About
Two problems that happen to solve each other.
Ontario SMEs need pipeline and can’t justify a full-time SDR. Ontario students need real sales experience and can’t get hired without it. Rampd is the structure that puts those two facts together.
For companies
Outbound without the hire.
An SDR is a salary, a manager, a tool stack and a quarter of ramp before you know whether it worked. A pod of trained students, supervised and measured, gets you the same activity in ten days. If it doesn’t work, you stop, and nobody has a redundancy conversation.
For students
Experience that can be checked.
Every graduate says they’re hard-working and a strong communicator. None of them can prove it. Ours leave with dials, connect rate, meetings that held and a QA history, all logged as the work happened and verified by us.
What we hold to
Four rules that make the rest of it true.
The industry's reputation problem isn’t students, or offshore teams, or dialers. It’s that nobody is accountable for whether a booked meeting was real. These are the rules that fix that, and they’re enforced by the software rather than by good intentions.
The client marks the outcome
We don’t get to decide whether a meeting was any good. The person who sat in it does. It’s the only definition that can’t be gamed, so it’s the one we bill against.
Nothing goes out unapproved
Every script, sequence and voicemail is signed off before a dial. Reps don’t improvise on a client’s brand, and a good idea mid-call is raised with a team lead, not tried on a prospect.
A no is honoured immediately
Asked not to be contacted means suppressed everywhere, permanently, enforced by the database rather than by someone remembering. Even when the person was rude about it.
The numbers aren’t ours to flatter
Activity is logged as it happens and rolls up automatically. Nobody types a dial count at the end of the week, because a number typed on Friday is a guess.
Where this goes
Every campaign builds a record of who can actually sell.
Run this for long enough and you’ve something nobody else in the country has: a verified performance history for hundreds of young salespeople, built from real work rather than self-assessment.
That’s where Rampd is going. Somewhere Ontario employers look for entry-level sales talent and see numbers instead of adjectives. The outbound service is what makes it real, and it has to be excellent on its own terms first.

One call to work out whether outbound is worth it for you. If it isn't, we’ll say so.
