For students · Ontario cohort
Graduate with a record, not a résumé.
Everyone else leaves university with the same three bullet points. You leave with dials, connect rate, meetings booked and a QA history, verified by us and checkable by an employer.
What it pays
Paid for the work,
and again for the result.
A weekly rate for completing your scope, so a hard week still pays. Then a bonus on every meeting that actually holds. That’s the number that gets you promoted, and the number that goes on your profile.
Move the sliders. We’d rather you saw the arithmetic than took our word for a headline figure.
Work out your own number
≈ $39an hour
on about 8 hours a week, which is what the scope is built around
- Weekly scope
- $1,083/mo
- Meeting bonus
- $260/mo
- Over 4 months
- $5,369
Based on $250 per week for completing your scope, plus $30 for every meeting that holds. A no-show pays nothing, which is deliberate. The hourly figure assumes 8 hours a week. Some weeks run shorter, and the scope is the same either way. Rates are the current cohort's and get confirmed in writing before you start.
The ladder
There’s somewhere to go from here.
SDR
From day one
You’re certified, assigned to a campaign, and dialling with a team lead listening to your first calls.
Senior SDR
Around 8–12 weeks
Consistent numbers and a clean QA record. A higher bonus rate, and you start being handed the harder lists.
Team Lead
By invitation
You run a pod: QA, coaching, and the client relationship. Paid a base plus an override on every meeting your team holds.
Certification first
You’re trained before you’re trusted.
Three courses, nine lessons and a graded test before your first dial. The compliance course has a 100% pass mark, because those are the mistakes that end a campaign.
Pass, and the certificate goes on the profile you can share.

Your public record
A link you can put on an application.
Turn it on and you get a page showing your dials, connect rate, meetings booked, certifications and how long you’ve been at it. All logged as the work happened, none of it self-reported.
It never shows a client's name or a prospect's details. Your record is yours; their data isn’t.

An example of the layout. A real profile carries only logged campaign results, confirmed by the client, never a résumé claim.
Before you apply
The questions we get asked most.
Do I need sales experience?
How much time does it take?
What happens during exams?
Is this commission-only?
What goes on the public profile, and what doesn’t?
What if my numbers aren’t good?
Cohort one
We haven’t got graduates to show you yet.
This is the first Ontario cohort, so there is no wall of testimonials and we are not going to invent one. Here is what does already exist, and what being early actually gets you.
The training is built
Three courses, nine lessons and the graded exam are written and live. You are not waiting on a curriculum.
The system is running
Queues, call logging, QA and the public profile all work today. Your numbers start counting from your first dial.
You set the bar
The first reps’ numbers become the benchmark every later cohort is measured against, and the first team leads come from this group.
Applications are open.
Tell us where you study and why you want it. Short and honest beats long and polished. We read all of them.
