What we collect

Two kinds of information, kept separate. From companies enquiring about outbound: the name, email, phone, company, website and message submitted on the discovery-call form. From students applying to the cohort: name, email, phone, school, program, graduation year, LinkedIn profile and application answers.

For people with dashboard accounts we also hold an email address, name, role, and the campaign activity they log: dials, connects, conversations, meetings booked, and notes on those meetings.

Why we collect it

To reply to enquiries, run the cohort application process, operate outbound campaigns on behalf of clients, and report campaign performance back to the client whose campaign it is. We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

Who can see it

A client sees only their own campaigns, their own results, and the reps assigned to them. An SDR sees their own activity and the campaigns they’re assigned to. Rampd staff see everything necessary to run the service. These boundaries are enforced in the database, not just in the interface.

Where it lives

Application data and dashboard data are stored with Supabase (Postgres). The site and dashboard are hosted on Vercel. Transactional email is sent through Resend. Each of these providers processes data on our behalf under their own terms.

Prospect information

Running outbound means handling business contact information for prospects who didn’t approach us: name, title, company, business email and phone. We collect it for the purpose of a business-to-business approach on a client's behalf, we identify who is calling, and we honour a request to stop contacting on the first ask. Under CASL, any commercial email we send on a client's behalf carries sender identification and an unsubscribe mechanism.

Your requests

Email hello@rampd.ca to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We’ll action a deletion request unless we’re required to keep the record, and we’ll tell you if that’s the case.
